Higo Pizza is now under new ownership, and it shows in the quality. The pizza is wonderfully flavorful, but the standout of my visit was their newly introduced chicken soup. They graciously offered me a sample, and it was exceptional warm, rich, and beautifully prepared. I look forward to returning, especially for that chicken soup. A thoughtful addition to the menu and an overall delightful experience.

First time trying this local pizza spot (in the old Pizza Rev location at the crossings) and it was such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, you could feel the heart behind the place. I loved learning about the owner's story; a Japanese woman born and raised in Peru--which made it even more special. I ordered a Margherita pizza and it came out super fast, perfectly cooked. She recommended their Verde sauce to pair with it and wow... so flavorful and such a great complement to the pizza. Definitely don't skip that. As a true pizza lover, this place is officially going into my regular rotation. Highly recommend giving it a try.

There are typical pizza restaurants but this place has a twist of Peruvian flavor that makes it unique! Priced right and portions are usually meant to take home. Simple and honest, casual, comfortable atmosphere, this a family own restaurant. Once you tried their pizza you'll be back.

I honestly hate leaving reviews good or bad, but I was absolutely blown out of the water by Higo Pizza. I brought my three young sons who love pizza, and even they said it was the best pizza they've ever had. I ordered the Peruvian pizza, the Lomo Saltado, and it was unbelievable. The pizza took a little longer than expected, but it was one hundred percent worth it. The crust had almost no flop, the edges were perfectly crunchy, the center was fluffy, and the overall taste and quality couldn't have been better. You can tell they care about what they serve. The service was something I genuinely didn't expect. The servers actually came out to ask if the music was okay for the kids. They brought out lollipops for them. They brought out sauces for us to try. I mean... what is this, the 1950s? I just couldn't get over how thoughtful and attentive they were. It wasn't just us, either. The person sitting next to us was talking to the staff about how amazing everything tasted. They even had us sample their soup, which was delicious as well. Every detail, every interaction, every dish, it all felt above and beyond. At the time of writing this, they only have three point five stars, which is absolutely a crime. That rating does NOT reflect the quality of this place at all. That's exactly why I took the time to write this review. Please, absolutely give them a shot.

Higo pizza is delicious! So much better than the former place. The crust is perfect, not super thin and hard, not too thick, JUST right! Also wonderful staff, we will definitely be back!
